Email Preferences
Parkdly sends a few different kinds of email. Some are essential to running your account, and the rest are entirely your choice. This page explains each group and how to control them.
The emails we send
Account emails
Sign-up verification, password resets, email-change confirmations, and important security or service notices. These keep your account working and secure, so they're always sent and can't be turned off.
Product emails
Onboarding tips and the occasional reminder to help you set up your first course and get more out of Parkdly. These are on by default, and you can turn them off whenever you like.
Newsletter & updates
Our newsletter is where we share what's new and useful for course owners:
- New features first — new tools to make everything you create in Parkdly more polished and professional.
- Design tips — practical ideas for better-looking signs, clearer maps, and a sharper course presentation.
- Real course showcases — see how other clubs lay out and present their courses for inspiration.
- Occasional offers — early access and member deals, only when there's something genuinely worth it.
No spam, no daily noise — just a few emails worth opening. The newsletter is off until you opt in.
How to control your emails
Open Settings → Profile and use the Email preferences checkboxes:
- "Send me Parkdly news — new features, design tips, and the occasional offer." — turns the newsletter on or off.
- "Send me product tips and reminders to help me get the most out of Parkdly." — turns product emails on or off.
Every product email and newsletter also has a one-click Unsubscribe link in its footer. Unsubscribing from one type never affects your account emails — those keep arriving so you don't miss anything important about your account.
