Email Preferences
Parkdly sends three kinds of email. Account emails are necessary to run your account. You choose whether to receive the other two kinds. This page explains each kind and how to control them.
The emails we send
Account emails
Account emails include sign-up verification, password resets, email-change confirmations, and important security or service notices. They keep your account working and secure. We always send them. You cannot turn them off.
Product emails
Product emails include onboarding tips and reminders. They help you set up your first course and use Parkdly. They are on by default. You can turn them off at any time.
Newsletter & updates
The newsletter tells course owners what is new and useful:
- New features first — new tools for signs, maps, and other things you create in Parkdly.
- Design tips — practical ideas for signs that look better, clearer maps, and a better course presentation.
- Real course showcases — examples of how other clubs lay out and present their courses.
- Occasional offers — early access and member deals, only when we have a good offer.
We send only a few emails. The newsletter is off until you opt in.
How to control your emails
Open Settings → Profile. Use the Email preferences checkboxes:
- "Send me Parkdly news — new features, design tips, and the occasional offer." — turns the newsletter on or off.
- "Send me product tips and reminders to help me get the most out of Parkdly." — turns product emails on or off.
Every product email and newsletter has an Unsubscribe link in its footer. One click on the link unsubscribes you. Unsubscribing from one kind of email does not affect your account emails.
