Plans and Billing
Parkdly offers a Free Trial plus three paid plans — Hobby, Club, and Pro (in three sizes). You can start for free and upgrade as your needs grow. This page explains what each plan includes and how the limits work. For current prices, see parkdly.com/pricing.
How limits work
Plans limit the number of Layouts across all your courses, not the number of courses directly. Every course needs at least one Layout, so with single-layout courses the layout limit equals your course limit — a plan with 9 layouts supports 9 single-layout courses, or fewer courses with multiple layouts each.
Each plan also caps how many Layouts a single course can have, and paid plans include a pool of brand images (your logos and sponsor images) shared across all your projects.
Inside the studio, anything outside your plan is marked with a small gold crown. You can preview most of these features on your own course before deciding to upgrade.

Active-month billing
You only pay for the months you actively use Parkdly. Cancel anytime and resubscribe later when you need to make changes.
What stays:
- Everything you've created stays viewable in the studio — your courses, Layouts and signage are never deleted when a subscription ends
- Exports you've already made stay yours
- Your data is stored for at least one year, so you can pick up exactly where you left off
What stops while you're unsubscribed:
- You can't make new edits in the studio
- Links you've shared stop working for visitors. Shareable course links and hosted Caddie Book pages require an active subscription — visitors opening them see a "no longer publicly accessible" message instead of your course
- Public pages go offline for visitors (they require an active Pro plan). You can still open your own page as a preview
- If your courses exceed the Free limits, the extra courses are locked (not deleted)
Resubscribing restores all of this instantly — shared links and public pages start working again without any re-publishing.
Downgrading
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, and nothing is deleted. What happens depends on what the new plan includes:
- Courses and Layouts above the new limit are locked, not deleted. You can't open or edit a locked course, but it's restored the moment you're back on a plan that covers it. Your other courses keep working normally
- Brand images above the new cap stay stored — you just can't add more until you're under the limit (deleting unused images also frees up slots)
- Signage made with premium templates or custom branding stays saved. Using those features again — changing the template, editing brand colors — requires a plan that includes them
- Public pages go offline for visitors when downgrading below Pro; the page and its setup are kept, and you can still preview it yourself
- Shareable course links keep working on any paid plan, and stop for visitors only if your subscription ends entirely
Managing your subscription
Go to the user menu (top-right) → Manage Subscription to see your current plan, usage, and upgrade options. From there:
- Upgrade: opens the plan picker — checkout is handled securely through Stripe, and you return to where you left off with the new plan active
- Manage billing: opens the Stripe customer portal for invoices, payment methods, plan changes and cancellation
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period; upgrades apply immediately
