Plans and Billing

Parkdly offers a Free plan and three paid plans: Hobby, Club and Pro. Pro comes in three sizes. You can start for free and upgrade as your needs grow. This page explains what each plan includes and how the limits work. For current prices, see parkdly.com/pricing.

How limits work

Plans limit the number of courses you can work on. Parkdly counts them across all your projects. Layouts do not count toward that limit. A course with four Layouts uses one course slot, the same as a course with one Layout.

Each plan also limits how many Layouts one course can have. Club and higher plans include a pool of brand images (your logos and sponsor images). The pool is shared across all your projects.

Courses that another Parkdly account shared with you do not count toward your limit.

In the studio, anything outside your plan carries small plan icons: a gray dot for Free, a blue arrow for Hobby, a purple target for Club and a gold crown for Pro. They show the plans that include it, starting with the cheapest. Point at them to see the plan by name. You can preview most of these features on your own course before you upgrade.

Free

Use Free to test Parkdly with a real course. It never expires.

• 1 course, with up to 2 Layouts
• Parkdly-branded Tee Signs and course maps
• No file exports. You can build your course and view it on screen. To download it as a PDF, PNG or JPG, you need Hobby or above.
• A one-time elevation preview on each course, in Terrain mode
• Design one signage template to try the template studio. To put it on a sign, you need Club.
• Design one saved theme to try the theme editor, with every color, font and logo. To use it on a course, you need Club.
• No version history

Hobby

Hobby is for individuals and casual courses.

• Up to 3 courses, with up to 2 Layouts each
• PDF, PNG and JPG exports
• Caddie Books with a shareable page
• Shareable course links
• Parkdly-branded signs, with the standard template selection
• A one-time elevation preview on each course, in Terrain mode
• Design one signage template to try the template studio. To put it on a sign, you need Club.

Club

Club is for active clubs and small tournaments.

• Up to 9 courses, with up to 5 Layouts each
• Everything in Hobby, plus:
• All Signage Templates, including the premium designs
• Your own signage templates on your signs, with up to 3 in your library
• Your own saved themes on your courses, with up to 3 in your library
• Custom branding: your own logo, colors, map textures and Themes. Layout colors (including tee, target and flight path colors) and notes text sizes are not branding. They work on every plan.
• Up to 50 brand images across your projects
• Custom QR codes with your own URLs and labels
• Multiple Tee Signs per hole and multiple Info Boards per course
• Manual elevation points for contour lines
• Full Caddie Book customization (titles, cover images, colors)
• Version history: 3 saved and 2 automatic versions per course

Pro

Pro is for professionals who manage more courses. The three sizes differ only in capacity, never in features. Pick the size that matches how many courses and events you manage.

Pro includes everything in Club, plus:

• Automatic terrain sampling for elevation contours. Club supports manual points. Pro samples the terrain for you.
• Decorations in the theme editor: surface effects and custom graphics, such as shorelines, tree lines and your own SVGs in place of the built-in map graphics
• Public pages: a hosted landing page for your project with your published Caddie Books
• Invites for people to work in your account, with no limit on how many
• Priority support
• Early access to new features

Enterprise

Enterprise is for organizations that manage 50 or more courses. Limits and pricing are custom. Version history keeps 10 saved and 10 automatic versions per course, as in Pro. The library holds up to 200 saved themes. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Monthly or yearly

You can bill every paid plan monthly or yearly. The pricing page shows yearly plans as a per-month figure with the annual total beneath it. For current prices, see parkdly.com/pricing.

When a subscription ends

Parkdly never deletes your courses, Layouts or signage when a subscription ends. Your account returns to the Free limits.

What stays:

• Everything you created stays viewable in the studio.
• Resubscribing restores everything at once. Shared links and public pages work again without re-publishing.

What stops:

• Links you shared stop working for visitors. Shareable course links and hosted Caddie Book pages need an active subscription. Visitors see a "no longer publicly accessible" message instead of your course.
• Public pages go offline for visitors. They need an active Pro plan. You can still open your own page as a preview.
• Courses above the Free limit are locked, not deleted. You cannot open or edit a locked course.
• Saved themes above the Free limit are read-only. Your oldest saved theme stays editable. Courses that use any of them keep showing them.

Downgrading

You can move to a plan with lower limits. Nothing is deleted. What happens depends on what the new plan includes:

• Courses above the new limit are locked, not deleted. You cannot open or edit a locked course. It works again when you are on a plan that covers it. Your other courses keep working.
• Brand images above the new cap stay stored. You cannot add more until you are under the limit. Deleting unused images frees up slots.
• Saved themes above the new limit become read-only. Courses that use them keep showing them. Your oldest saved themes stay editable, up to the new limit. To edit another one, delete a saved theme or move to a plan that covers them.
• Signage made with premium templates or custom branding stays saved and keeps rendering. Your theme, Layout colors and per-sign styling still show on the canvas, in shared views and in exports. To use those features again, for example to change the template or edit brand colors, you need a plan that includes them.
• Public pages go offline for visitors when you move below Pro. Parkdly keeps the page and its setup. You can still preview it yourself.
• Shareable course links keep working on any paid plan. They stop for visitors only if your subscription ends.

Managing your subscription

Open the user menu at the top right. On a paid plan, choose Manage Subscription to see your current plan and usage. On the Free plan, choose Upgrade Plan to open the plan picker.

• Upgrade: the plan picker opens on the plan that fits what you were doing, usually Club, and says why. It shows your plan and the plans above it. Tap a plan to pick it; the button at the bottom names the plan and its price. Checkout runs securely through Stripe. You return to where you left off with the new plan active.
• Billing & invoices: choose Open billing portal. The Stripe customer portal shows invoices, receipts and payment methods. Plans that Parkdly bills directly have no portal. Contact us for invoices on those plans.
• Payment failed: a notice appears with an Update payment method button.
