Shape Fairways
The shape of a hole's fairway is defined by Control Points — GPS markers that trace the flight path from Tee to Target. The distances shown on your signage are calculated along this path, so accurate shaping leads to accurate distances.
You can shape holes at any time — either as you add them or as a separate pass after all holes are placed.
Adding and moving Control Points:
- During hole creation: right-click to add Control Points along the flight path before placing the Target
- After hole creation: double-click on the flight path line to insert a new Control Point
- Click and drag any Control Point to reposition it
As you move Control Points, the hole distance updates in real time based on the GPS coordinates of the path.
Use Control Points to represent doglegs and any hole where the flight path isn't a straight line from Tee to Target.
