Add Holes
Once the map data has loaded, you land on the Course Builder — the main design canvas. The Canvas shows your selected area as a satellite image with OpenStreetMap terrain elements overlaid. All design work is GPS-positioned on this canvas.
Adding Holes:
Holes are the core building blocks of your course. Each Hole has a Tee and a Target.
- Click Add Hole in the floating toolbar at the bottom center of the Canvas
- Click on the Canvas to place the Tee
- Optionally, right-click to add control points along the flight path
- Click again to place the Target — the hole is complete
- Parkdly automatically starts placing the next hole's Tee, so you can continue adding holes in a flow
After you place the Tee, the toolbar shows the live hole length as you move toward the Target, updating in real time so you can click to place the Target at the distance you want. The same readout appears when you add an extra Tee or Target, showing the length for each selected Layout.
Tip: Add all your holes first, then go back and shape each one — it's faster than shaping as you go.
